The bank who doesn't care about you or your business after 12 years of doing business with them. This is the place. They lie and have no integrity what so ever. Steve Rickard was very quick to dismiss me and my multiple accounts out the door. Him and his account representative Tena did everything they could to get rid of me as fast as possible even after there account representative Paulette Martin admitted I was right earlier in the day. If you want horrible customer service and an opportunity to lose your money, this is the place to do banking.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was off a significant amount on my account & could not find it, even after having my accountant look at it. I made an appointment for help & they didn't understand where my money went. I told them neither did I & that was why I was there. Steve Rickard said I needed to close my account & I could leave the same way I came in. After 6 years of banking with them, this is the 1st issue I've had & he was very quick to tell me he didn't want me there! My personal opinion, someone there is skimming money off accounts & counting on people not balancing their accounts anymore. I would never recommend anyone to bank here. They are thieves & do not want people's business anyway.

Rudest people ever. The lady was disrespectful, couldn’t explain anything to me, and then proceeded to hang up on me. Talk about unprofessional!
