Fannin Federal Credit Union TX, Bonham

Staff is always friendly and helpful when I need it. I do tend to make mistakes and have many questions but my questions ALWAYS get answered. So far, they all give honest answers to help understand. Even when I was falling on hard times a few years ago, they worked with me on my loans to help me get through. Now, I will say, I’ve since paid off all my loans with them but it would not have been possible had they not been willing to work with me. If I could put more than 5 stars I would!

Avoid this bank! After almost 20 years as a customer with multiple auto and other loans paid on time, Car Max gave us a better rate which shows they could care less about loyalty. Debit cards constantly hacked (and you have to fight with them to get your money back), new ones started peeling within days, most apps won't take them. Takes them forever to post debits or credits to your account and say nothing's been sent to them, website always down, bank statements jacked up, teller Jarrod rude and argumentative. Go with First United like we did. Night and day.

Fannin Federal Credit Union goes above and beyond for their customers. Thank you for all you do for myself and my family. We have kept y’all super busy the last month or so and you make it as easy as possible for us. Thank you again!

I've been with the Credit union since 2006 and they've always been excellent to do business with.

Great experience with this bank. They have always been very helpful. Especially when I first started out and was trying to build credit. They told me my options and introduced me to secured loans. I highly recommend Fannin Federal Credit Union.

Worst bank I have ever dealt with. They have never helped with any issue I have brought to them. Most of the tellers are friendly and courteous, but some of the other employees are less than friendly. Will never do business with this place again.

Worst bank ever! Fannin federal credit union in Bonham Tx is the worse bank they will steal your money behind your back my husband has been a very loyal customer for 10-15 yr if not more he passed away in September I went up there to pay all open debits off but was told not to worry about the signature loan that was only in his name. Paid everything else closed all the checking and saving accounts I thought, they kept a saving acct open with out telling me about it ( thought I closed all of them out )3 months later I get the first statement since he passed and find out there is an account open with money in it ,I could use to live on. It has my name on this saving acct too. Call up hoping they will do the right thing nope first they put a hold on that acct so I can’t touch it that then they take all the money out that day and pay the signature loan but they write off the remaining balance of loan and take the money I could have used to live on. Then Becky told me I was losing my mind when I was there not true my daughter was with me, threaten me by call there attorney, told me that I didn’t put money in that acct so it really wasn’t mine,(but has my name on it) was married to this man for 23 yrs! Then tried to tell me I was putting Wendi in a bad position by bring up that they messed up. What about the position I’m in?? No concern for my rights as the customer there, they are will take your money and do whatever they want with it without telling you anything. Worse bank ever. And sorry customer service want listen when you have documents of proof they messed up.

The staff at this bank are all extremely friendly and helpful. They usually knew me by name whenever I called. The problem I have with this bank however, is that they are constantly trying to sell you Whole Life Insurance, which is a complete ripoff. I left this bank well over a year ago, and they're still trying to sell me bogus life insurance. Due to this I could never recommend this bank to anyone.

Great bank been here 8 years they help me all the time. Glad to call this fanning credit union my bank. They called me because they thought someone stole my card and froze it but fix it all in a jiffy.
