This company runs your credit when you are late on a payment just to get you to call them back when you don’t answer their calls. I understand having to report late payments but it’s one thing to have it under a derogatory mark and it’s another to run credit without permission or just because you haven’t answered their calls.

Horrible customer service !! Do not go there for God's sake !! They will charge you an arm and a leg in fee's and start calling/harassing you 5 times a day if you are just one day late. Had to give it 1 star so I can post but I am really giving them 0 stars.

BAD TO BE HARASSING PEOPLE AT WORK ESPECIALLY CALLING SIX TIME'S AND HAD ALREADY TALKED TO MY CHARGE NURSE TELLING THEM TO STOP CALLING THEY STLL VALLED SIX TIME'S AFTER THAT! Mr. Fred from mcallen office even threaten s people to come over and fix things by fighting him he should be ashammed of him self and his family should be as well since we as fathers provide for our children by working honestly and treating people with respect so that we can go home with good earned money . Honestly ill show u a thing or two about fatherhood and how to gain respect from your clients!!im closing out my account send it to collections but u wont get another payment from me thanks
