Manager of this place treated my father poorly. Told us he couldn’t even talk to us as we were trying to negotiate a price. Also, one of the clerks tried to scam us by showing a photo of the wrong model guitar that was priced for 187$ when the next clerk has searched the correct model number showing prices of 250+ dollars with only one selling. I presented the on brand model and it went for 599$, the manager only gave us a 50-60$ negotiation for a pawn. The guitar was in new condition as the clerk had no complaints checking it thouroughly. Hey also tried to state the fact that it was Crafted In China it was degradable, yet they would sell Luis vuitton wallets that were Made In a China that they would sell for around 260-500. Left the store disappointed.

Compare to others Pawshop this Store Manager is rude and very unprofessional he doesn’t even know how to welcome costumer. Fortunately there are some professionals and friendly staffs who help specially Samuel and Maria.
