Family Trust Federal Credit Union Celanese Rd, Rock Hill

Family Trust is the best of the best. I have taken out several loans with them. Lauren at the Cellanese branch is a very professional person. She is very patient and friendly too. The tellers are always friendly and professional. They also are speedy. I never have to wait in the drive through like I do at other banks. I also have never had to wait to speak with a loan officer. I love having a safety deposit box there also. You can access it yourself with the reading the scanner takes of your hand. It is so fast to go by and get in the safety deposit box. They trusted me with a loan several years ago when I had a lower rating on my credit. Through their help my credit rating has increased nearly 100 points. I cannot say enough good about this credit union at Cellanese road Rock Hill South Carolina.

I worked with Lauren to refinance some loans, and it was the best experience I’ve ever had with a bank. She gave great advice and was super helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. She listened found the best option that I could do and put in a good word for me. I look forward to working with her in the future.

This was my first trip to the Family Trust branch on Celanese Rd. I made a cash withdrawal and had to do it in the drive-thru. All went smoothly and quickly. The teller was polite and helpful. I miss being able to conduct business inside the branch, but Family Trust's drive-thru at all the branches has been fine.

Andrew and Lauren at the Celanese branch are fabulous and knowledgeable. They are definitely my go to people there.

My family used this bank for 3 generations, so when I got hacked and 60$ was stolen out of my account, I wasn’t to worried. I went to the branch by Harris tatter and this women told me within 30 days I’d hear back with a response. I waited over 30 days, so I called them for a update. The head office said that the women should of called me the NEXT DAY THAT I WENT UP THERE, to dispute charges with the other party. She did no tell me. So while me and my family had Covid, I sat for 30 days waiting for them to tell me ANYTHING about my money, but they KNEW the second day I was declined and all I had to do was make a phone call. INSTEAD, I had to go over 30 days waiting for money that this bank promised to protect. I have now shut down my bank account but will continue to try to get my money back that was stole from me. I DO NOT requirement this bank for any reason at all, founders is where I’m going. I refuse to leave my money in a bank that IS NOT safe, does NOT have good communication skills. If you care about your money DO NOT BANK HERE!!

Lauren was so helpful I really thought I wasn’t going to be able to extend my loan or refinance my car but it worked out so well I’m very happy.

Our family is very excited that Family Trust opened a new location in Harris Teeter shopping center on Celanese, moving from the Ebenezer road location. My wife and I are happy customers of Family Trust and the new location is very convenient for us. The employees are very efficient and friendly. Good banking experience.
