Family Trust Federal Credit Union Reviews

If I could give them a zero for unprofessionalism I would. I've been banking with Family trust for years and lately when I go to the Albright location it just seems unprofessional and even ghetto. I walked in it was a group of tellers huddled up together talking about non work related stuff while another teller took care of me and they we're loud let me tell you. I just expected more from a bank. Member personal information shouldn't be discussed out loud in front of everybody. I hope my review help them pull it back together because I would hate to leave this bank!!!

I have been banking with them for awhile now. They are great people and they actually do care about you. They will work with you as long as you are working with them. Keeping them up to date on a lot of stuff will make things go a lot smoother and will get a lot of things done. I don’t think I would bank with anyone else other than them. Thank you Family Trust for being there for my family.

This issue with their debit cards at a vendor indicating “decline” due to we are over our daily spending limit. Call each week and they say, “sorry, we are aware that the company we use for them are working thur issues and causing hardships and they should be done by now”….this makes the third weekend in a row!! Very aggravating and embarrassing. Is there a true solution coming?????

My family has been banking with them for several decades. Lately the customer service is absolutely ridiculous, especially if you’re in the military, stay away!!!

I would like to say that I am not computer savvy and there were times that I wanted to operate in areas that required me to learn computer and I would come into the bank on Albright Road and the ladies there would always take out of their time -take me over to the computer and teach me how to do it now I am a Hands-On person and mind you I had to come in more than once and every time I came in basically the same too ladies helped me and they never made me feel like I was illiterate they always talk to me as if it was their first time teaching me and I have been back since then to learn other things and they took the time out and stopped and taught those other things to me also now I can truly say that I have online banking with Family Trust only because someone inside the establishment took the time to teach it to me which in essence has opened me up to learning other things because I watched them do certain things- they are always so kind and so nice they are always smiling and always ready to help and when I say ready to help I can be one of those people that you have to spend a lot of time with until I get it -but that was no problem for them they always stepped up to the plate. now mind you everybody is human, and everybody have a bad day but they never bring their bad day to Family Trust! that's why Family Trust will always be my first Bank of Choice thank you for being wonderful in your place. have a great day; sign; Dorothy Hutchison(+)
