Family Savings Credit Union Douthit Ferry Rd, Cartersville

The customer service at this credit Union is excellent. My bank is an affiliate but the people at this bank are wonderful they answer all questions. Just Great Service

Family savings use to be a great bank. They have fallen short of that the last few years. I’ve recently had a mistake on their end where they voided a check I wrote that was over 180 days. It even shows on their checks itself, void after 180 days. They put that money back into my account, stating why after 180 days if a person doesn’t cash the check it goes back to you. Well yesterday I check my account and it’s negative and they lied to me. They allowed that person to cash that check, even though they told me that it was my money again and that I was allowed to use it and all. Now they won’t fix their wrong and put my money back. Now bc of them I’m negative in my account and won’t be paid again till next week. They will not fix their wrong. I highly suggest to anyone who has thought about banking with them, to think other wise. My husband and I have been with them for a good 8 years and now will be leaving. They don’t care about their customers like they once did.

I've been a customer of Family Savings since the late 90s. First with savings account, then added checking. Have only good words for them. Keep up with the good experience for me and your other customers. 😁

These people are like family members and I have gotten so close with them I wouldn't take my bank account anywhere else.

My husband and I made the switch from Wells Fargo like 5 or so years ago. Will never go back now! We love FSCU!!!

I love banking with Family Saving Federal credit Union. I feel so comfortable there ever one is so friendly and eager to help me out and they never try to rush me off all my questions are answered to my understanding and they always have been so sweet to about my disability and took the time to understand it and educate about it. I was taken advantage of by a man and my money was just suddenly going and going and they helped me catch it . I am so glad I have Family savings on my side and Michelle Santa Cruz is awesome 🤗

They are very nice on the surface but don't really go at all out of their way to help you. I applied for a secured loan and my score was just a few points lower than they require. However, my collateral was worth more than twice the loan amount I was asking for. Also, my mom, dad and brother bank there. They were still unwilling to approve me. In summary, I would say go ahead and use them for everyday banking needs. Just don't expect them to display any of the faith or family values they claim to have.

I have banked with them over 2 years now and I've never had a problem ,and they are quick to handle my customer account needs.everyone is so sweet no bad attitudes ever.

Best bank EVER! Tellers are friendly. Overall staff could not be more helpful with every question. If you don't bank here? You should!
