I have wanted to become a Coosa Valley customer for a long time but didn’t want to go through the hassle of changing. They made it so simple and easy. I should have done this years ago. The staff is professional, friendly, and helpful in every way.

I loved the environment of this place! Payton Smith was very helpful and helped me and my girls to open new accounts. I definitely happy I’m swapping from Wells Fargo to them.

By far the best experience I have ever had. I just walked in and got more than I was looking for. Everyone was so helpful. Go check them out if you need a refinance or buying a vehicle. They are on their jobs.

Refinanced my 2019 Ford F250 Super Duty with Dorrie Johnson & Vicki Thompson. Service was excellent, these ladies got me and and out with a lower payment and treated me right. Highly recommend them for any banking needs and will be referring all of my friends to them. Update 2022: I have been working with Payton for over a year now and she is beyond fantastic. She knows me, my account and doesn't miss a beat when I call or come in. She's always exceptionally friendly and welcoming when I walk in the door. I've been to a few other branches and nothing compares to this one and Payton!

We have banked with another Credit Union for 20+ years and have seen some things change so we decided to go in to talk with Coosa Valley. All I can say is Wow! My husband and I felt like family by the time we left. We only intended to open up an additional savings account and ended up refinancing our vehicles for a much better rate, and will ultimately move all to CVCU.
