Best pawn shop I ever been to they have a good selection of items. And they seem to have sales sometimes. I bought a gold chain and the attendee was very informative on jewelry and he polished up the jewelry when he sold it.

Bought a beautiful Epiphone SG last week, don't really know how to play but I'm just a beginner. Went to Family Jewelry & Loan to look to see if they had a amplifier, I've been there a couple times before looking at their guitars. They had a nice Marshall Amp that even had sound effects "Nice". Started to play the Amp after the lady behind the counter was nice enough to tell me to use a guitar off the wall. Was a person leaning on the glass counter hanging around all this time commenting on how I don't know how to play guitar and when I was trying to bargain on the price with the cashier lady the person was commenting that I made her do all of this for nothing if I don't buy it. Suggestion: If you let Riff Raff hang around your business interfere with your sales you are going to lose your sales.

Great customer service by far I had went to many pawn shops and Adrian and ther Co workers were absolutely accommodating they went aboard beyond to help me and I will highly recommend for sure!!!

I saw an instrument on Facebook and contacted Christopher Vickers about the possibility of shipping it to me because I live in Pennsylvania. Chris was an outstanding help and got me a shipping quote the next day. Took some extra photos I requested and made the deal happen. I went in there today looking for a nice pendant for my rope chain, guys were very fair and gave me a GREAT deal on a piece ... I decided on another instead and they shocked me with how much they appreciate and value their customers . They definitely have room to negotiate .... bought my 14kt pendant & as I was walking out the store , I seen a TV I liked and boooom! Went there for my first loan ever a few weeks back and they were quick, friendly and extremely easy to work with. Planning on stopping in for another loan today or tomorrow.

Great staff! Pretty nice store with nice items. I went in to sell some jewelry and I am very satisfied with the payment. I definitely did not feel like I was getting ripped off or anything like that. The nice lady assisting me explained the process and how they determine pay-out. The store felt very safe and had a comfortable atmosphere. My tip would be to do your research and have an estimate of what you would like to get for your jewelry. That helps them pinpoint the payout price. Also, don't forget your valid (non-expired) ID! I definitely trust this store and will likely do business here again!

Had a ring on Layaway, I decided I wanted to get something better. I told him what I had to work with and he made it happen. He gave me some really good customer service. Didn't try to hustle me in going over what I had either. Him and that young lady that works with him will help you to the fullest. They good people to do business with. I'm a first time customer.
