Very nice customer services! The teller are helpful and polite. I appreciate their welcoming manner towards the new-comers.

The people at this center are very organized and super helpful. Definitely would recommend this financial center.

In the midst of all the chaos i came in and was greeted with the smell of Lysol & smiles! The staff was so helpful and even while i waited for my banker i saw the staff spraying and wiping things down. I appreciate them all for still coming to work and being here for the rest of us. Your hard working team does not go unnoticed! Thank you again for all your efforts!

If you are just opening credit card or checking account ..please please please Don’ t open It at Bank of America . They charge for everything , for annual fee and never will tell you, for wrong check , for transferring EXTRA money from credit card to checking account, fee for declining check , fee for breathing in their territory ....so on . Not all of them, but Most of the Bank of America’s stuff have an attitude not willing to help ...they just say ..I am sorry , can you make an appointment , call this number, call customer service , we are closing , you should wait 50 min and smile very very very well. Oh I forget ..if you pay extra money for your credit (just getting refund or return money like from amazon ) they will take those money and increase your credit limit simply ..if you do not check each transaction , you will even notice it . thank to my friends for recommending me chase. Now my life much more easier .

Customer service was really good last time I visited. I forget his name but the banker who helped me went above and beyond to solve my issue.

They only have one banker working. Plus if you don’t speak their language they won’t put you first on their list. Horrible place. Will be reporting them to the consumer department and fdic. Racist branch!

Horrible customer service from Luz. Will definitely be closing my account. Unwilling to help and quick to have you call customer service. Um but.. I'm here in person can someone help me? No. Only help if your opening an account,adding funds to card or paying a bill. Any real issues call customer service!

They open at 10am, it’s time they open at 9am, their service is horrible and slow.

There not real big in answering phones...definitely trying to limit exposure, but it would nice if someone would answer to find out if I even need to go into a branch. Bad enough BOA treats us like we’re trying to steal our own money.

AVOID AT ALL COST. They never have enough tellers, so there's always a line. Banks have a tendency to be busier than normal after a holiday, so they normally bring at least one extra person; not at this branch. I waited in line for almost a half hour before being able to speak with a banker. Friday afternoon and they have one teller!!
