As a real estate agent in Danbury, CT I was happy with the service you provided to my buyers who bought their first home. They came from NYC to CT and the process went smoothly and quickly.

If I could give this company a 0 star rating I would. Which is unfortunate to say the least this was hands down the most horrific situation there could be. This company is as transparent as a brick wall. Nothing was handled timely or efficiently. Information was not passed accordingly, deadlines of critical importance were not met by any stretch of the imagination, the process was delayed and delayed without justified cause until final moments. They will tell you they are doing everything they can which they are not. They take liberties with peoples lives they have no right to take. They don’t bare the right to serve loans for veterans or anyone for that matter. It’s unbelievable that this company is still functioning and does the level of business they claim to do. They will not take ownership of anything only blame shift and tell you there’s nothing they can do. It will take endless phone calls and going to the highest people in the organization to see any traction in timeline. How they operate could call into question legality. How can this be legal to function at this capacity and jeopardize the lives of people PAYING for service. Leaving them stranded with no home. Paying hundreds of dollars per day in penalties to which they will tell you they can’t get approved for re-embursemnt. I wish I could say my situation was an isolated event. However I know for a fact it is not. They continue to function at this capacity and put people at risk. In hindsight I would have never have gone with this company, however they string you along letting you believe everything is on track. Until it’s too late in the situation to make a change when time is of importance. Months to process things that took only days when they actually get to working on it. This company should not be in a position to handle anything for anyone and should not be capable of handling VA loans. To put anyone though this level of service is disgraceful on every level. Use any company other than this one.
