FAIRWINDS Credit Union E Mitchell Hammock Rd, Oviedo

I've been a member of Fairwinds, but especially the Oviedo branch, for 9 years. I'm so grateful for Kevin Boyle and his entire team that have served my family and I. Through the programs they offer, we have been able to gain financial freedom through investments. I love that everyone knows my name and it really feels like a small town bank that I can trust. Love this credit union! I've recommended it to all my family which also use Fairwinds. 😊

I love this Fairwinds branch! Cathy, Desiree and Kevin are always super helpful as are all of the tellers. They always give us great service and we definitely get the small town vibe. Our mortgage refinance and auto loans were quick and painless and we got great rates. It's SO much better than a bank.

It is funny went I see random bad reviews because I have never seen the things a small few people write. I have been a member for over twenty years and it is the most pleasant banking I have every done. I have refinanced my home to invest in a business and financed every car in my family. Kevin the manager has always given me exceptional service. My favorite person to deal with is Cathy Chism, she has always given me better rates and service than any other person.. She is my go to person for any loans or loan advice.

We've been using Fairwinds CU for a while now. Back in the 1% protest days, they called for a 'leave your bank day'. Coincidentally, that is the exact day my wife and I left our bank and got an account here. Fairwinds is a good back. We've gotten credit cards, loans, and done every bit of our banking here and we've never had a problem. This particular branch is closest to our house. Staff is very nice, helpful and reasonably quick. The only negative thing that can be said is the parking lot does not have a good exit back out to the street. If you hit the drive thru ATM, you have to circle back around the building and practically go through another parking lot to get back out to the street. It's not a reflection on the service - just something annoying I wanted to add. Who knows, maybe someone will see the comment and fix the entrance...

I opened my business account with Fairwinds last year and appreciated the customer service that was given. At the beginning of the year we decided to refinance our home and found Fairwinds' terms to be very favorable (no closing costs). We had a great experience with this service as well. We have just recently opened our new personal checking accounts and will be moving all of our banking to Fairwinds. The people here are great and the customer service is fantastic. If you are looking for a new bank try them out.

Not only is the location terrific, some employee’s are extraordinary because of the kindness, politeness and general positive attitude. Specifically, Kelly Knelly at the Mitchell Hammock, Oviedo location. Her smile is contagious and her helpfulness truly outstanding. Please consider her a true gem of an employee. Advancement should already be part of new paths to offer this outstanding person.

Kevin D. Has been a blessing. He went the extra mile with helping my wife and I. I have been in customer service my whole career, and this has been the best experience ever.

Using the drive thru about once a month, I pulled in and upon reaching in to the drawer for a deposit slip the young man behind the window greeted me by name and asked how I was doing. It was minutes before closing and he was chipper as can be. I feel guilty not recalling his name. Always great, expedited service.

Been a member for 20 + years. Recently had to do several transactions inside the Credit Union on several different days. Everyone is always very helpful, friendly and courteous. They go the extra mile to attend to my banking needs and I truly appreciate them all.

I absolutely love banking here. Anything I need, dont understand (a transaction on a statement), check cashing; anything they help me. I have used other banks and credit unions but Fairwinds is the best by far. -5 years ago. Update I still love them and now have a vehicle loan with them. Amazing company and credit union
