Fairway has been a great company to work with, Mike and Shanna made buying my house a breeze. They kept us in the loop every step of the way, Mike was great and gave guidance on how to get are credit better and gave a realistic time line on when we might be pre approved. When we found our house, we needed to move fast due to Covid and it being a Sellers market. With mikes help where able to put a offer in the next business day. Shanna did are underwriting, She was very patient with me and all my questions, I worked directly with her because I did have a realtor or buyers agent. There was a lot of paperwork and we did almost all of are communicating via email so I got a little confused with some wording and she was right there to help out. I would use Fairway Mortgage and this team again.

When I went for a quote they were 1.5% over competitors. They then told me I could pay points on my mortgage to bring it down.
