Hello, I am a past client of the Barb McHenry team. I am also a local realtor with KW Vermont, as such, I work with many local and unfortunately the Dot Com lenders. My sale was supposed to occur after i sold my two properties, but it worked out my new home was going to close first, it was close, she was able to find me a cheaper insurance policy and allowed me to close on my home without selling first.
