Scott and his team were incredible from the start. They were extremely communicative and responsive without being pushy, and very patient and kind through a stressful time. (and their rates were fantastic!) I was an overwhelmed first-time homebuyer, and Scott took a lot of time to talk me through the entire process, explain the countless ins and outs, and answer my many questions. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable and taking a teaching approach, Scott connected with me on a personal level, which really made me feel more comfortable and secure with everything. While there were lots of "little" things that stood out during the homebuying process, Scott and team (especially Jimmi!) pulled through in a major way at the very end. My closing date was moved up at the last second to avoid a potentially costly delay due to inclement weather, and they made it all happen the day of--staying in constant communication the entire day to coordinate with my realtor, insurer, attorney, etc. and keep me in the loop. I'm sure they were scrambling to get it done, but everything went through perfectly. I ended up working with Scott by chance, and I'm so thankful--I couldn't have ended up with a better loan officer + mortgage lender.
