    I didn’t know you have to come at least an hour before the store’s closed time to set a bank account. I and my brother came at 4:05 pm and they refused to help us to set up a bank account. We went to another bank and they helped us right away. This has never happened to me at another bank. This bank is so insufficient and the bankers are rude compared to the one at Six Forks. I would rather drive a 7 minute extra than to face these people.

    Ryan Copley is my personal and business banker at Wells Fargo Bank. I know that Ryan always has my best interests at heart. He is quick to respond to a phone call or email and he is always prepared. I recently took out a home equity loan and Ryan walked my wife and I through the process. He made it easy and quick and fully explained the ins and outs of that type of loan. Ryan's financial background also proves to be an asset. I run a networking group and our bank account is with Ryan because I know he will make sure everything runs smoothly. Add the convenient location and Ryan and Wells Fargo are just hard to beat. I can highly recommend Ryan Copley.

    Worst service I’ve ever received at a bank in my life. 30 minute wait at a drive thru is unacceptable. You need more staff!!!

    I read these negative reviews and was surprised. Things have changed in the past year and we have to change and be patient with the times. So what if drive thru lines are long, we need to be safe. I enjoy my interaction with the employees EVERY time I do banking with ten. Thank you.
