Frank Borg at Fairway was extremely helpful to our household in making the refinance process surprisingly smooth and easy to navigate. He guided us through all of the paperwork and made certain our unique group of three signees on the title was included in all communication and fielded any questions we or the involved professionals at the appraisal and title companies had.

I had a challenge with Kim Prater and his communication skills. Kim Prater is aggressive and threatening he has a difficult time relaying information from one party to another. Kim Prater doesn't set clear expectations and generally sets his borrowers up to fail. Kim Prater isn't knowledgeable about current financial trends, retirement accounts or how to best service seniors . My suggestion is stay from Kim Prater he will only cause you harm. There are too many good lenders to risk your future on what harm kim prater can do to you. Its important to note that Kerry Kim Prater and his wife lost there home in Foreclosure. DOT Auditor File No.: 3099091 Tax Parcel ID No.: 77004005005 Abbreviated Legal: Lot 5, Blk 5, DIV-4 Surfside Estates, Pacific Co., WA And in Nov 2006 and 2007, Kerry Kim Prater was arrested for DUI. This probable crime Kerry Kim Prater attempted to hide with a Suppression hearing (gage order). Well the suppression did not work. I think having someone that lost their home because of bad mortgage decisions and that has a problem with alcoholic / drug problem is the last person any senior wants to work with.
