We secured a lower interest rate than going with our larger bank, we had a whole team to work on every aspect of the process. We worked with Arthur Blachno, he and his team were so responsive and informative. We made offers on a couple homes over two years of searching in a tough market, and it required keeping our pre-approval updated, some offers didn’t pan out after inspections. On our end, it was an emotional roller coaster, on the part of Arthur and his team, just professionals that do this everyday, no worries and understood exactly what we needed.
