    The ATM at this bank ate my debit card. Went to the desk for assistance. They stated that they have known since yesterday that it has been eating debit cards. I understand that things break, but once you are aware of it you should take steps to protect your customers. Even a simple "out of order" sign. The teller told me it is not their problem since a third party services it and told me I would have to wait a week for the service guy to come retrieve the cards. Keep in mind this atm is a drive through atm attached to the other drive through lanes at this bank. I called the 800 number and they were a lot more helpful. They are overnighting me a new card. They also told me that the teller at the bank should have provided me with a temporary card, along with all the other ways he could have helped me. I can do almost all banking online, so branch locations are all about customer service to me. It is way too easy to switch banks now adays, and that is what I will do instead of dealing with them again.

    After Corporate office in Grand Rapids, Michigan sent a letter and response form requesting private information through the mail like account numbers, social security number, birth date, and signature, - everything and identity thief would need in just one stop, they kept me on the phone for almost an hour, than disconnected me. Called my local Skokie Branch for help and was told there was nothing they could do telephonically, that I should call corporate office again, or call the bank for an appointment which I will not do because of the pandemic. I have conducted bank business with other banks, telephonically, with no problems. Waiting for a promised call back from a manager of local branch. System doesn't allow ZERO stars.

    Service was quick one time I was there, thanks Khurram. No one picks up the phone during office hours. Have to make an appointment? Why? There is never anyone in the bank at all... I guess this speaks for itself. Online banking can be a hassle when you cant even retrieve your Username or Password electronically. 5/3 tries to blend human interaction with online convenience, and fails miserably at both. I have to call and be put on hold to retrieve my USERNAME??? Pathetic. I've dealt with multiple other brick and mortar and online banks, none come close to as convoluted as 5/3. If your looking for simplicity, stay far far away from this bank.

    This branch is ridiculous never enough help they mess up money orders give attitudes. States they close at 530 i went at 515 they were closed down and dark on a wednesday. Ignorant staff if i could give no stars i would.. wont be returning there...

    The Worst Experience, be careful staff makes careless mistakes with your money. Always 1 teller and countless people walking around doing nothing trying to be important. Since Khuram left this bank went upside down. I now normally visit the Oakton branch.

    I've dealt with other branch locations that have literally left my poor mother in tears. The Niles branch on Touhy to be exact. but this location by far has been the most helpful. To be specific Eddie Montes De Oca the banking specialist is the apitamy of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. He has gone above and beyond in helping my family with a Medicare claim. His help has been outstanding! I can't say enough about what an amazing person he is. Always professional, understanding and eillingbto help us.

    Not very helpful. Especially Alma (?). I needed to transfer some money from my business checking account into my prepaid excess 360 account and she didn't want to do it for me so I called another branch give them my info and they did it in a matter of minutes
