*BEWARE* Just moved to the area and a friend recommended we go though Marcy kune. We talked with her and said fill out an application online. From then we got calls from 3 other people that work with her telling us three different things which got extremely confusing and frustrating, Marcy would NOT call us back. Finally after calling 50 if not more times she picked up and said we need to pay things off but for the most part you seemed to be approved. Well weeks turn into a month and not one call or update what so ever from her. My friend ended up calling her and she was like “ I was waiting for them to call me” and my friend explained that was a lie I sent them to you to take care of them. Well she said she was gonna personally look into our case and would call back. She ended up sending letters instead of calling. This woman and company is very unprofessional and I would highly looking into another mortgage company to work with.

I was dreading the loan process but Marcy and her team made it super easy. I thought the whole process went by very fast. Anytime I had a question I found that I got a reply back very quickly with email. I will definitely use this lending company again and I highly recommend them. Everything went so smoothly!!

They let me get all the way through the preapproval process, find the perfect home, get my current home completely 100% packed up as I believed to be moving. Then 2 days before my closing date, they tell me ‘there’s something wrong with your credit, we’re getting an extension’ so I agreed on the extension, they advised me to go and get other bills put in my name while the loan was still in processing, which everyone knows is something you’re not supposed to do. I couldn’t call their office and ever get someone on the phone, there was always a voicemail that would pop up, I’d leave a message and no one would ever reply except days later. My agent even had the same issues with communication, she’d have to send the same email to five different people just to get a response. After wasting mine and my families time, energy, and money, they went ahead and cancelled my loan and didn’t even offer any ways of helping my credit. This was the biggest waste of time, energy and money I’ve ever seen. Their motto: “we’ll give you a mortgage you wanna tell everyone about” and I’m here to let you know I’m telling everyone about my experience with this company. If you want fairness and equality, fairway is not the way to go.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! My fiancé and I went through Sean Holbrook and this guy gave us every run around in the book. We would go weeks without talking to him (even after trying to ask a simple question), the information he did tell us would change at least 3 or 4 times, he gave our realtor a hard time about not being able to go conventional (just to switch to conventional half way through), and the list goes on. We kept hearing that he’s been doing this for a long time and he knows what he’s doing, but in reality he either didn’t want to help us or he doesn’t know anything about loans. He made a first time home buying experience a complete nightmare! NEVER, EVER EVER using or suggesting Fairway ever again!

Joanie was great to work with. Always answering any questions we had and explaining everything clearly _ even after business hours! I highly recommend reaching out to her for your mortgage needs!
