Very disappointed in our experience. We started the process in July and had a terrible time with communication. We would send documents and then would have to follow up days later when we didin't hear anything for several days. Finally last week, first week of September, I reached out *again* did not hear back, send another not as nice email and get a response that the people we were working with quit. I replied again, as of today NO RESPONSE. We wasted over a month and got absolutely no where. I would beware working with these guys. We are going somewhere else.
