Came here to get a loan against my power station and they approved me (brother needed gas money) so I became a loyal customer. Bought to ps4 at a crazy price and both didn't come with a charger cord for the ps4 but I was cool with it. But when I came today to tell them the 2nd ps4 I bought yesterday before work didn't come with the right cord to turn the ps4 on they closed today because they short staff. Here's to another day coming from work not about to get on call of duty. Refund is now mandatory

This was my first experience with a pawn shop and in the future I won’t go anywhere else! Mike was extremely helpful with my transaction and when I told him the amount I hoped to get his response was “let’s see if we can get you more”. I walked through the doors worried I would get ripped off, but instead the were very honest and fair. The staff was very friendly to me and everyone else that walked through the door. Even though they just opened their inventory is building quickly and from what i saw they have great prices. I was highly impressed and definitely recommend them!!

I just need to say hands down this is and was the best pawn shop and experience I have ever had. I have been to many believe me . Jimmy thank you for your quick response and Kerwin ..what can I say but amazing and you made me feel like I wasnt stupid ..I thoroughly enjoyed my time in this store . Joey was awesome as well and had such a good experience I left with a smile and felt like I had met new friends. Kerwin just thank you so much it's not easy walking into a pawn shop sometimes but this will be the only one from now on ..I drove 45 min but I would drive 3 hours if I had to..I am relieved to know there are still great people out there. Oh and store is clean and they have great stuff ! But staff hands down 10 stars!

First time going here and it was a great experience! No hassle at all I needed to get a loan so I could have some money to get through the weekend to help with groceries. The entire process was easy with excellent customer service.The guy at the counter was even kind enough to give my kids 10 bucks to get some ice cream. I will definitely be back thanks to all the staff!

Best pawn shop I’ve ever been to! They have an amazing selection of all things you could need like tools, electronics, and sports equipment! A high selection of high end products but at a fair price. The staff is always fair with the amount they give you and they definitely don’t try to rip you off. They intend to earn your business time and time again. I would recommend this pawn shop to anyone in the dfw area. These guys are the best of the best.

Max Money Pawn, is the truth! They have truly helped my family and I out in more than one occasion during are financial situations. Pawn shops are are business, but I can honestly state that the Manager Mario, is a big guy with a big heart. If you really need help, ask for Mario. With that said, yes I have been turned down a couple times, however I have been helped out more than enough to make up for those times. With that said Max Money is open early and longer than any other pawn shop, to include Sundays, which makes retrieving your pawned items easily accessible throughout your work week. So if you haven't checked this location out yet, I highly recommend you do, oh and bring your family along, there's tons of good stuff for everyone.

Mario at Max Money Pawn #2 was awesome! I called the day before about a bike for $40 and when I went up the next day they didn’t have it...instead Mario gave me a bike that was priced for $120 for the $40!! Great Pawn shop.

I came to look around ended up buying a pair of Jordans & ipad 7th gen. I will be going back for sure! One of the best pawn shops i’ve been to, very respectful staff as well.

Got quoted $130 something dollars and then back tracked to $50 dollars for a damn near brand new laptop. Yeah its not a Macbook or anything fancy but that doesn’t mean you rip people off.

I came in to look at their selection of dvd's. In addition to having a variety of different movies to choose from, the staff was excellent with their customer service. I had an issue with my phone that was completely unrelated to the establishment and my visit. During a friendly conversation with Caleb, I told him about the problem that I was having with my phone. He has some basic knowledge with these types of situations and offered to try to remedy my problem free of charge even though I offered to give him some money should he be able to find a solution. He spent 2 hours of his time trying 3 different methods to make it right and found enough success that handling the rest of it myself with my service provider would be simple enough. Im very happy with my experience at Max Money Pawn, and will most definitely return. Thanks.

We went in as a last resort so we were feeling a little disappointed, but that feeling quickly went away as soon as we met Mario and his wife! They were absolutely wonderful!! So down to earth, super friendly and great to work with. Zachary was very helpful! He didn't have what I was looking for in stock, so he video called a sister store so I could look at what they had available before driving over. Super helpful!

These folks are neighborhood oriented ! Many Pawn Shops are not . As a new customer ( 6 mos. ago ) I happily found them to be personable and very quick at establishing value with experts avail. by just a phone call . Their young ages made me think that they were inexperienced . I was mistaken Zachary was especially helpful and flexible .

Friendly service as soon as we entered the front door, Zack was the nice gentleman that helped us his attitude was on point and he greeted us while we were there on our visit, the store was clean and neat. I recommend Max Money Pawn #2 .
