My 5 year Anniversary has been so special today! Ez title owners are not like any other! Thank you for giving not only the opportunities given but for being more then owners of EZ title. You create family like environments that make coming to work EZ!

One staff member asked me to sign in on computer and wait for help. I respected her protocol then signed up and sat there almost 10 minutes. There were two staff members not busy but chatting. Then some customer walked in, As soon as he open the door one of them asked him “ how can I help you” and I was sitting there watching. I stood up and I said hey guys what’s going on, can anyone believe that one of them said we are short staff? …WOW!

Got my title transfered from another state, was not a problem here. The staff was also smart and thought ahead due to an accidental marking when signing the old title. Staff was friendly, professional and straitforward. I will be coming back for whatever I need in the future.

They handled our car purchase, title transfer, and new registration within 10 minutes. Very professional and well worth the small upcharge. If your time is important and you appreciate one on one customer service this is your place. Parking can be tight but Circle K next door has plenty of spaces, just stop in for a big gulp when you finish your Auto business. 😁

If you need MVD services, I highly recommend EZ Title & Registration. I visited here every week for about six months straight. It is a friendly and professional atmosphere. A particular individual stands out by the name of Teresa. Always ready to go to work with a smile and a warm welcome. It is evident that she understands how to perform her regular work assignments and how those assignments relate to other areas. She can handle any task thrown at her with extraordinary poise and ease. Serves as a resource for newly hired employees with regard to work processes and procedures. Exemplifies all expectations in all tasks when it comes to coming in for a particular service. Due to her exceptional multitasking skills, she is able to get in and out of multiple customers within a short period of time. My experience at this business has always met my expectations, and if Yelp allowed star ratings for employees, I would definitely give her five stars.

Great experience. Super fast and quick to transfer title and get my older vehicle registered. Allysia was just wonderful and so helpful! She answered my all questions about this vehicle and some trailer questions I had. I'll return here for my other mvd needs.

If they charge you the incorrect amount when you get your car registered, they will call you later and threaten to cancel your order if you don’t pay the difference from (apparently) a higher price that they “typed incorrectly” originally. Not sure what kind of business thinks it’s okay to chase down customers for more money when their employees make mistakes! Any normal business would eat the cost of their employees mistake, not threaten to cancel the customers order for “money they are owed”. Yikes!

Went in for a photo update and change of address on my license. Amazing staff super friendly and very prompt! Also the gentleman I believe his name is Steven, was super friendly and courteous and made sure I had everything I needed! Such a very nice and handsome young man! I will bring my business here and refer all my friends thank you!

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I went in there to transfer a title and to also get a duplicate title, and Renee was so helpful. I was barely there for 10 minutes. Prompt Service, great attitude. I wish more places were like this place.

Wow! New imported motorcycle. With proper paperwork, I established title and completed registration within 25 minutes of entering the door!

In and out in less than 15min on a Saturday morning! I came in as a new resident to get plates and they got me all set up! Fast friendly service!

The staff were very kind, and tried to be helpful - however, we had called and asked what we needed to do and they gave us a list of things we needed to get our car registered in Arizona. We did the work required, spent a lot of time and money getting letters, etc. and when we went in to complete the paperwork, they had no clue what was going on and said, basically, that they couldn't help us (and weren't sure if we actually needed to do anything they had suggested over the phone). I think the friendly staff are great, but from our experience it might not be the best place to go when you have any issues that aren't basic/standard practice.

Theresa is amazing! Very cordial, professional and friendly! She offered assistance immediately and I was in and out in no time. I’m definitely going to continue to use this place for all my vehicle and licensing issues!

The server was polite but my name was mistyped on the application she had me review. I told her, she changed it so it was correct and I left. When I got my title in the mail, it was mistyped, hence I need to visit the real DMV anyway to fix it. Thus, my trip was only partly successful

I needed to get duplicate license plates ordered and this was my first trip ever to a third part dmv. I had a 3 min wait time at the parking lot till someone left since there is limited parking. Once I entered, the facility looked neat and well organized. Checked in using my phone and was called within a reasonable amount of time. The Covid protocols were in place like masks. Folks working there were courteous and provided the service in a reasonable time. Overall a good experience. Keep it up!

Undercharged us for registration and called back next day to ask for more money. That is an unprofessional way to do business, if your employee made a mistake, the company should cover the difference of that mistake. When they called back to ask for more money, we were threatened that if we don’t pay our registration order will be canceled, now this is just plain rude especially when the mistake is on the business. But hopefully it was worth it to lose our business and a lot more money that we could have spent there to do services for the rest of our family and friends, just so you can get a little bit more money from the customer to pay for your mistake.
