Fast loan approval. Was able to get a loan larger than I thought possible which allowed us to get a much bigger house size that we desperately needed. I recommend giving them a look for your future home purchase. We found them through a friend. They bought their home and had a good experience and we had been thinking of selling and getting a new house. Ez Mortgage was able to make our house purchase experience very quick and easy.

Contacted them at the beginning of the year, they told me they could help with a mortgage for a new home. I gave them a bunch of information and was told they were going to e mail me to get copies of everything. I never got an e mail or call, but I sure have been getting spam e mails from them now. I would not recommend. They said they would help me and never talked to me again. Then proceeded to push spam mail on me. Even if you didnt want to take up a mortgage with someone, you should atleast tell them instead of adding more stress to an already stressful situation.

Really easy like the title says. When we first went into the process we were prepared to be stressed out and loose some hair but I'm happy to report it's been a very pleasant experience with minimal stress. The team was very nice and explained everything down to a T. We're set to close this upcoming Monday and it feels like we just looked at the house for the first time yesterday. I would 100% recommend these guys.
