I loved my experience here!!!! This was my very first time getting this type of loan and Monique made me feel very comfortable and was very patient with all of my questions. Monique is very personable and was easy to talk to about my personal situation. I will be going back to Monique when I need to borrow more. :) :)

Very Profesional and Friendly. Monique is awesome thank you for helping my family when we needed the most. Monique explained everything in details I would definitely recommend ez loan in Bear Delaware to anyone As long as you ask all the questions and you make sure that you completely understand the loan everything is explained. The 2 women who, I guess run the store themselves, are all over the place. There’s no organization, it’s like they didn’t know what to do next. I’m not sure who the other woman is but the main one who processes the application, Monique, was honestly very demeaning. She didn’t even really look at the information on my application, she started asking me about any other loans & as soon as i said ONE that only have TWO payments left (that she could clearly see on my bank statement if she reviewed it like she was supposed to) she immediately started saying, “oh i’m really not sure we can help you but i’ll try anyway”, just a bunch of things that made me feel less than. Like I’m already here getting a payday loan to begin with, and you’re going to constatntky try to run me out? Al she kept saying was she doesn’t think she can help me, that if she can it’s the bare minimum. Let me remind you she hasn’t looked through any of my info yet, not even running it through teletrack to even look at the loan I had out. Besides that, I had a voided check from a direct deposit form that I was told when i called would be acceptable, Come to find out she “can’t accept it” and let me tell you her reason came right out of her a**, she could not even explain it when i asked her why. So, if anyone takes anything away from this, save yourself some dignity and DO NOT go there. Maybe try the one in New Castle or something; i wish i did.

So today I met the Manger at this branch and she was the best She helped me understand and explains detail for detail however i am going to rate the Bear LOCATION a -1 star that lady Lyn i think her name is judge me off the first time seeing me I step into her office with my children and she looked at my paystubs and said it was fraudulent How dear she she didn’t give me the time of the day and made me come out of character in front of my children I even went as far as asking for corporate number and she gave me false number I was very unhappy and disrespected and it’s I don’t think she should have a job or she need to get retrained because I really belt belittled and unhappy. When she could’ve don’t the same explaining the lady at the Claymont office gave me she helped me understand instead of accusing me and sending me by my way thank you( I forgot her name sorry but your still the best)

Monique and staff were very nice and helpful to me my first time coming there months ago I wasnt eligible but she still was considerate and a good spirit and that's what made me come back months later.

Horrible experienced. Monica takes for ever to get your informations and makes you feel like she will service you and ends up not servicing you. There is no organization and she's all over the place. Would never recommend it!
