I cannot believe how easy it was to go through this title loan establishment. Mary was the nicest , easiest person to talk to. I thought it was going to be complicated and take a long time and it was anything but that. She was nice, I had my 2 children with me, she brought them lollipops and it was so nice to have such a decent person help you. It didn't take long and overall, I'm so glad I chose this establishment. I would go back again and I would definitely recommend this place and I would definitely recommend Mary. They came through as soon as we were going to be homeless. It was tge best, and easiest hour of my life and we are paying it off this week however the last 3 months with them has been great. They are nice, professional and patient. Thanks guys!! Edit... Make sure to pay off your loan as soon as possible! Add to the principal as much as possible so that most your money does not go to interest! Just a little tip! They are very cool here though, helpful, and I've never had an issue with them! It's easy to make a payment and they may coming down and putting a lump sum on my principal easy!

I would really reconsider before doing any business with this company. I took a loan out with them in April, and shortly after lost my job. I have been unable to make payments after the first one. Thankfully, I am still in possession of my car, however, they are threatening repossession and legal action. In the state of DE, title loan lenders are required by law (chapter 164, subsection V, section 2255a) to offer a workout agreement prior to repossession. When this was brought up with Nicole, she stated “it does not apply to them.” Unfortunately for her, it does. I will be contacting an attorney first thing Monday morning, and also file complaints with the DE attorney general and the Office of the State Bank Commissioners Office. I had also never received the disclosures that are required by law either. I have no problem paying back what I owe, however, I expect companies and any financial institution to honor the laws and regulations that are given to consumers.

The woman Nicole that works here is very very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. They acted like everyone was on lunch break when I came in to payoff my loan and she so called gave me the wrong amount being so focused on getting food all three of them. I called Three times after 10:01am when they are supposed to open I left a message and the fourth called a Spanish woman answered and said she would call me back they forgot to stop payment then she never called me so I called back after 1 and this ignorant woman Nicole starts to be rude and said don't call me call ur bank then I can call her and say sorry so unprofessional but I wouldn't have to do any of this if u gave me the right total amount from the beginning wouldn't recommend uses them and she needs to be fired I tried to let her talk and she didn't want to hear anything I had to say poor in every manor!!!!!!
