I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a good affordable car! Went in there set on a car unfortunately it didn’t work out but Jackson let me test drive a good few choices. Told me not to worry about it that we had all day and I appreciated it cause he was not giving up on me. Explained everything to me step by step when it came to paperwork. Even helped me out with insurance for the car! You guys will definitely love it here. The customer service is amazing!

Great place to do business with. My salesman Jackson was friendly and polite got me approved and into a awesome 2008 mustang. Car runs perfect needs 1 or 2 things but not mechanical and they are covered under warranty. I would highly recommend these guys. Will do business with them again

Jackson was great! He worked with me on getting into a car. I’ve been without a car for MONTHS & when I got the money to get one Jackson was willing to work around my work schedule. Closing time for them is 6pm. Jackson stayed until after 7pm when I got off & we didn’t finish until 9pm. Not once did he complain about staying after business hours. This place just felt like I was buying a car from a family number. Definitely recommend to someone looking for a reliable vehicle.

Today was absolutely the best day ever ! I went to ez auto not expecting anything good to happen . These guys made it happen after being turned away from a couple other lots. I was a few hundred dollars short on my down payment ,they worked with me . Tomorrow I am driving myself to work for the first time in months. Thank you so much to the guys that helped me today. I bought a 2007 Ford Explorer 4.0 from this buy here pay here place because I was desperate for a vehicle. I have a family of 6 and needed an SUV with 3rd row seating. My credit is not great which is why I ended up here, the only place that would approve me. Right off the bat we had to take the car in for repairs, luckily they did offer a 6mo or 6,000 miles warranty and that issue was taken care. But as soon as the warranty expired here came multiple issues. The transmission went out completely and had to be rebuilt. $4000 for aamco to rebuild. Keep in mind I'm paying on this SUV which is around $9000. And at the same time the air conditioner went out, O2 sensors going bad, EGR going bad. I will never buy another vehicle from here or any other buy here pay here place. I will also never recommend anyone buying a vehicle from here. Just like most used car places they fix them up enough from auction to get them on the road and then after a short while there will be nothing but issues. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

Tbh this is one of the BEST car dealerships I have been to. I went here to buy my first car and not only the customer service but the quality of the vehicles was amazing! Everything is honest and straightforward. No gimmicks no shams. I would most definitely recommend to a first time buyer.

So far my experience has been GREAT, I have not chose on which vehicle my husband and I are going to select as we are still deciding. But EZauto have been very honest and helpful!! First time putting in our application.. same day Jackson reached out to us and has stayed connected!! Went in today and talked with Ishma(sorry if I misspelled) very nice and professional young man. He sat there with us going over a few car quotes and also let us test drive a few cars even after the business was closed.. very dedicated to his customers! Y’all have been super helpful, made my husband and I very comfortable and just overall we where pleased! Once we make a decision on which vehicle we choose I will make another review! Great customer service. Very transparent and honest. Great experience and very smooth finance process. If you have credit issues, they work with you and, in my case, I had great difficulty getting a loan elsewhere because I am an Uber/Lyft driver so most financial companies didn't want to finance me. They had no problem with my income, although, the loan was a shorter loan with a higher down payment in order to account for the higher wear and tear (mileage), that I drive. Very fair process.

Pleased with my new car, couple of blemishes here and there but its a used car at the end of the day, I brought my own financing so I got a really good deal
