First off I wanna say this place is great! So my credit isn’t the best and they worked with me. I went in for a 2006 Toyota Camry and came out with a 2013 Dodge Dart with low mileage…. Angelo was my sales rep and he is AMAZINGGGG!! He was not pushy he listened to my request and he gave me all my options on cars that was on property and cars that was soon to be in! Although I had to wait 3 days for the car title the whole process was fast and Angelo communicated through it all! I would give 10 stars if I could!! Great place amazing energy I’m pleased!! Also they had a promotion going on where they was able to defer my down payment as long as my tax refund amount cover the down payment

My experience is not pretty with these people at all they deserve no stars as my car wasn't even on road for 3 months they refused to help me or my wife with anything this includes but not limited to a blown engine wheel bearing electrical problem o2 sensor not fixed alternator and battery and these people claim this car was in great condition I highly doubt it and they also took advantage of two people that actually have disabilities and also don't believe my son who been a mechanic for now 20 plus years who has looked at car and said this car is not right. Mpy wife lost her job due this car breaking down.

Awesome Deals on Great used Vehicles , and Angelo is a great guy who knows the vehicles he sells , it's great Buying a car knowing it's a quality vehicle that will last me a long time , definitely check this used vehicle Dealership and you won't be disappointed or end up with a junk car . I would give them 1000 stars not just 5 . I had a few issues with my car and this awesome dealership followed through with the warranty and got my car fixed . We bought a car from express auto credit, first Angelo told us we would only need $1000.00 for a down payment we went in with the down payment and he tells us that we could only choose from 2 cars with our down payment we were never told that from the beginning. So we chose the 2010 Nissan Altima to start off I’m pretty sure the car was never inspected before the car was sold to us the gas tank door wouldn’t close the very next day the tire had to be replaced now there’s a grinding sound the check engine light is on and another tire needs to be replaced. Also when we bought the car they had one floor mat in the car and that was on the driver side didn’t think anything of it get it home to vacuum it and there’s a huge hole in the floor we have only had this car for about a month and a half and already dealing with these problems called and spoke with them and they are very rude and dont really care about their customers. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Buying from here was awesome easy as simple . Iv owned 2 other cars before . Iv bought from a buy here pay here in AZ and a big dealership in AZ so in a city of millions people have high expectations. this is my 3rd car and I am satisfied buying from express auto credit in NY .
