Don’t get a home mortgage anywhere else. I’m four plus hours away and choose exchange bank for all my home mortgage needs! Nicole and Linda are the absolute best. They know your contract, they work for you. Nothing but great experiences and knowledgeable staff! Thanks for the great experience!

We have dealt with the employees at both Stillwater locations for about 3 years now. All we have dealt with are extremely courteous, go above and beyond and friendly. This is the best bank I've ever dealt with in my 45+ adult years!!!

This bank is by far the best one I've experienced; and I've lived in several cities with other banking experiences to reflect upon. Exchange bank does the little things, personal touches making you feel as if you have a community, friends, and family looking after your finances. They have noticed small changes in my account, and called me immediately. My name is remembered and even once I went a few weeks without coming in, and they called to check on me since that wasn't my norm! They will be there for you through the good and bad credit moments, as I had a friend who was unable to get an account anywhere else - yet was accepted and given a chance with exchange. The hot dogs are amazing, there's always coffee brewed, sometimes cookies too! The calendar every year is a treat - Norman Rockwell images. As I said, it's the little things that make this little bank exceptional.

I love doing my banking at Exchange, but when I got there today (Nov.21st), they posted a sign in the window that the were closed early for Thanksgiving. I checked the website and it said 6pm. I was there at 3:05. I was VERY upset.

Always very helpful. Has the best interest rates on CDs in this area. Convenient location with 24 hour ATM on premises.

Went here because of suggestions from friends and their willingness to work with people tied to the cannabis industry. Had nothing but nightmares with them handling my mortgage. In the end the VP admitted they lost my initial approval paperwork. Instead of admitting it when the confusion began they lead us on a never ending back and forth until we essentially gave up. It’s the same individual others have named as being great so maybe it was a one off situation but they refused to make it right.

Love working with Haley and Linda on the lending side, they are both easy to work with and make every transaction as smooth and easy as possible

Very poor customer service. Will not respond to emails or return calls unless you have perfect credit and can easily secure a loan. I have had emails flat ignored in the past. Does not give hardly any advice on how to help one's credit to secure a loan. Not helpful at all. We almost were made to feel like we were a waste of their time. We will not be returning for any future needs.

We do a lot of business with Exchange bank, they deserve more than 5 stars!
