The Bank NA W 6th Ave, Stillwater

Awful experience. My mom made me a savings account that I could dump money into as a kid, then when I turn 21 and I am supposed to be able to take it out like they said I’d be able to, I need mommy to come get it out for me? You guys need to choose better words. We were never told she’d have to come take MY money out of MY savings account after I was no longer a minor. I desperately need the money, hence why I was taking it out of my savings, and now I can’t pay for what I need to because this bank is holding my money hostage until my mom gets back into town, no telling how many days I’m going to have to wait for that. Point is, I’m an adult, you guys said I can access my account when I turn 21 and now I cannot. I’m very glad to not have followed my moms choice of bank and I’m very happy with chase bank as they don’t hold my money hostage. I will be telling friends and family not to set up accounts at this bank. They blatantly lied to us, they’d do the same to anybody. Don’t invest. 2/10 experience, the guy was friendly but no help and the principles that this bank goes by are backwards.

Bank allows people to block the atm every single night I can never use my atm after work always have to pay fees to use atm’s that are not used as parking spots

I am extremely impressed with The Bank NA! Everyone who works there is extremely insightful and when they don't know the answer to a specific question they go and find it. Their customer service has been exceptional and I hope to do more business with them in the future.

Since moving, I have had a wonderful experience with the Bank NA. Specifically the Stillwater location. Tiegan has been WONDERFUL to work with while I have been in the moving transition. While I did have some issues from moving she went above and beyond and is excellent in her communication skills with the customers and doing anything she can to help me with anything involving my accounts. Everyone else I have spoken to has been fantastic and wonderful. I could not be happier with my experience!

First of all if you’re using this bank, you already should be rethinking your personal decisions, because this location is full of losers. Secondly, please leave Stillwater, Ok (both of your locations) because Oklahoma State students hate you! We hate you!!!

THE Bank hates Oklahoma State students, don’t even think about using this bank if you are a student, they won’t treat you with respect
