If I could give this institution zero stars I 100% would. I don’t think anyone there actually knows what customer service means. Almost every employee I’ve come in contact with has been extremely rude and, more often than not, bordering on disrespectful. And that’s if you can even get through to them on the phone. The fact that they charge over $10 to make a payment over the phone is beyond outrageous, and their mobile app only works 1/4 of the time. I’m not sure how this is even considered a functional institution at this point.

I don’t trust this bank. They are not that great. Sold them my loan from PNC, and I regret it within just a couple of months. Heading back to PNC we’re I was treated like a customer and got full respect. Mortgage was I never got a call back to apply for a loan. Over all not good business here!

Literally the worst. I've never banked anywhere where I was treated this poorly. They prioritize fees above everything else including customer service. Definitely will be looking for a different bank

Unbelievably unprofessional. Double charged my account and blamed me for it. Then the woman had the nerve to hang up on me. Don't bother with this place. I'm about to refinance my vehicle again to avoid having to deal with these people

This used to be a great bank who cared about its customers. I own a small business and had some equipment go down I cashed some stocks out to free up money to repair my equipment and the manager at Northfield who is a joke basically told me he didn't care if I worked while they put a hold on everything.i hope one day he has someone tell him he can't provide for his family so he can feel that panic. Once funds are free up crane fcu is a great bank I recommend them to everyone your not just a number there.

Terrible bank. I would never recommend anyone use this establishment unless they want to be harassed and have their credit ruined. Their online system would not allow me to submit my final payment so I paid 99% of my last payment and left 1 dollar owed. I tried to tell them that it was not working and they sent me to collections and ruined my credit for no reason. I was trying to get help and instead of help, they ruined my perfect credit history because of a flawed payment system.

I would highly not recommend this Bank EFTCU. I refinanced my vehicle with them and they wouldn’t perfect the title and it’s been over 150 days and still demand a payment. It’s like paying for a house you can’t live in. This caused me to be homeless after returning from the military. They hire third parties who are lie, but helped cover there lies up. I contacted many representatives and was disregarded/disrespect and trying to remove from reviews

I recently bought a home in Henderson and financed with Evansville Teachers FCU and it was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had staining a mortgage.Everyone was so nice and helpful and the loan officer Arin Wagner was so nice and helpful that I just can’t say enough good things about her.I recommend them to everyone who must attain a mortgage.They are the best.

Terrible customer service charge hidden fees very scandalous do not sign up for a loan, refinance, or any account with this institution

Call me old fashioned, but when you send a payment online on the 10th and your due day isn't until the 29th, you probably shouldn't be charged a late fee. So happy this is my last car payment. I'll never use this bank again.
