Very good people and went out of their way to make sure everything was right.

Unless you have a full time job don't even bother. I am full-time employee, a temporary agency, but that is not acceptable. Also, their Long Island Office - very rude when things don't positive for the customer.

We had a very unique situation develop. Melissa and Shawn took the bull by the horns and graciously helped us rectify a difficult matter. THANKS so much girls!

One main is a company that discriminates you based on your color. Bad place to work at!

They want to throw money at you. However, they breeze over the parts about how much money they are really charging you. I regret the day I ever stepped foot in a one main office. They are a prime example of predatory lending. Only use One Main if its a life or death situation!! Customer service reps are uninformed. Branch employees are rude and condescending. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone

Every time I've been in their Office, each employee has a smile on their face, a warm & friendly greeting & there's no waiting in line! The person you've spoken to on the phone has already taken your application or set you up with a time to come in & they are there as soon as you have a seat! Before you initial that you understand ... they ask you if you have any questions about what you've just covered ~ no question is considered minor so you don't need to feel like it's not important. They WANT you to ask those questions so you will understand everything! If they don't explain it so you understand the first time ~ just tell them, "I'm not sure I understand that." and they will explain it again. You can walk out the door with a check in your hand or they can deposit it electronically in your Bank Acct. The interest rates at OneMain beat many others. But they can also be tricky so be sharp. When I re-financed my loan & the paperwork was all finished. I talked about getting a different vehicle. When I said something about looking at used Kia SUV's, he said he had a buddy that worked at the Kia dealership & when I found what I wanted, he said he would probably be able to get it financed! Short story = I found the vehicle I wanted, not at his buddy's place, not a Kia but an Isuzu. (Worth more than a Kia & more than the car I have now!) Called him on Fri. & he said he'd call back. No return call on Fri. or Mon. Tues. I called again, he said he'd call back but wasn't sure he could refinance it. He hasn't called back. Either tell me you can't refinance me & why & be truthful about it or don't give me your buddy's workplace & say you would probably be able to re-do the loan! And when you say you're going to call me back ~ CALL ME BACK! With the trade in of my car to get the Isuzu, refinancing the loan ~ it would be a bit more than I owe One Main now but I'd still be driving it when I got the loan paid off!! Like I said, they are a good Company & they are friendly & smiling. They do explain what's in the loan papers so you can understand it.

Stay Away!!! I am a victim of identity fraud my personal information was used to open many accounts in my name with out my knowledge or permission. I have never spoke with any representative and I have given OneMain proof that I did not open an account with there company. But they are still reporting negative loan information on my credit reports and refuse to remove it.
