Evan and his team were the obvious choice of lenders for us from the very beginning. The requested a lot of information upfront but that paid off once we were under contract because things moved really quickly and the bulk of our work was already done. We initially applied with them while Evan was on vacation, but Tricia was in constant contact and assured us that we would still be able to get a rate lock if we secured a contract before he was back. Evan, Tricia and Jessica were all super responsive and helpful at every stage in the process and got us closed in about 3 weeks!

This was our 5th time purchasing a home, but let me tell you it was THE BEST experience out of them all. From day 1, Evan took the time to walk me through every step of the process, what was needed and why it was needed. He didn't just assumed, he literally educated me through the process and to me that made a whole difference. Evan and his team are amazing. Tricia W. Was the agent who I worked with regularly. She was always a step ahead of the game. At times the information and the things needed seemed to be way too much, but my closing was never delayed and I was able to get my dream home. I would likely come back once I decide to get another property. I know I don’t have to worry about Evan and his team.

Of all the obstacles and headaches that come with the home buying process, I had no problems with Evan, Tricia, and his team. Their online app/website made it easy to submit all the required documents and as well as keeping up with the status of your loan. Evan thoroughly goes over your potential mortgage payment with you over the phone (which is good if you don't really understand what everything means). Evan even thoroughly looked over the closing document and saved me around $2k in closing costs. Tricia was on top of it too - I was in a time crunch for closing, and before I could even send an email stating my needs to the title company, Tricia got to it first and stood up for me. There was a sense of urgency when I needed it and they got the ball rolling! They certainly saved my bacon.

Evan and his team helped me get a mortgage for my home in Houston Texas. Evan helped me get a very good rate. He is always helpful and very responsive. 10/10. 100% would work with his team again.

Evan and his team were great throughout the process. I especially appreciated his work in helping me compare the actual total out-of-pocket monthly costs to me of various properties and loan options. The difference between Evan and everyone else I spoke to was taking time to understand my unique circumstances and preferences. I also appreciate his team's polite diligence in making sure I had all the documents I needed submitted at all the right milestones in the process.
