Chase Bank Katy Fwy, Houston

I hardly ever have to go to the bank, however I needed an actual check for my passport renewal! They were the friendliest & happiest people at a bank I have ever seen! I wish more places had such great attitudes and excellent customer service! If I ever need anything else this will be my Chase home going forward.

Not sure, why the reviews are bad for this branch. But I was taken care off without any appointment and was helped right away. Thank you, Brandon and Sangita for helping out.

I’ve been a member of this particular branch for over 5 years and the problems still persist: subpar customer service, broken ATMs, both inside and in the drive through. I’m ready to switch banks because this is ridiculous. I’d recommend pretty much any other bank, because this Chase isn’t it. I’m so disappointed.

ATM outside never works. Even when the light is green on it. It’ll prompt the error malfunction and have you go inside the bank to deposit or take out cash. Been like this for a year now, the machine was taken away for half a year, brought back and it STILL doesn’t work. So annoying

Please please bank anywhere else. Wells Fargo, Bank of America... anywhere. This is the worst chase but they’re all pretty bad. Always understaffed with revolving door of new employees. They don’t take any triage into consideration when dealing with costumers. Stood in line for 20 mins... about to be late for work I had to ask for my check back because there was no sign of managers coming to help or anything. At this point the line had about 8 distraught people. Seriously bank anywhere else. Mind you they took my check as if something was going to happen but it was just a way to hold me hostage in line.

The lobby hours on their entry indicate that they close at 6, and in another place on the doors the lobby hours are listed as closing at 5. So if a customer is not paying extremely close attention they will see the incorrect hours. How many businesses do you know that list both correct and incorrect hours in their front doors?

Made an appointment was waiting to at less be greeted and told we would be right with you but nothing. Okay they seem to each be with someone. When a bank rep was done another rep asked for her help with translation. Another rep that I thought was helping a customer was just chatting with another employee about what don’t know. After he finished came to me asked the normal how can I help you questions and who I had an appointment with, he had to go find her apparently she was hungry and needed to eat. Which I am okay with but be professional enough to check to see if your customer who has a scheduled appointment with you at a specific time has arrived. In the end she was helpful but won’t make another appointment to come to this brand.

All Chase banks have great customer service but this branch is far by the best. Mr. Travis and the rest of the team are wonderful; hospitable, knowledgeable, and friendly. Sometimes the line might be long (but not all the time)-but everyone tries to help customers as fast as they can. It's always a pleasure to visit this branch.

Sangita is one of the best bankers I’ve ever worked with in my entire life! She’s extremely professional and knowledgeable of all matters relating to Chase and banking. She’s extremely helpful in resolving all problems that I have ever had. She’s very personable and takes ownership of all matters. I am extremely impressed with her capabilities and her determination and motivation! Keep up the great work, Sangita!

Always giving the best customer service no matter what race,age or gender!! Amy is awesome!! I like the fact that they take the time and talk to you! Every time someone walks in they remember the customer which really means and says alot! There hasn't been not one bad experience yet. I have been a chase customer for 4 years and always so helpful at this location.
