Evan was fantastic from start to finish. He typically answered the phone right away, and the few times he couldn’t he quickly returned my calls. He was awesome with the fact that I generally needed to call outside normal business hours and always made me feel comfortable calling when I could and not stressing out about trying to get away from work to call during typical hours.
