Our loan closed in record time due to her diligence on the front in with collecting documentation, making sure that there were no "hidden surprises" that would have resulted in a delay once our loan was in underwriting. She worked with us on our credit scores to bring everything up as much as possible in the time-frame we had to help secure a better rate than we had anticipated.
