I was truly amazed how Eric and his team made going through the mortgage process, seem effortless. When called about any part of the process, I normally received a called back or text within 24 hours. Including if the call was made over the weekend. Eric was very knowledgeable about various types of loans, including VA loans, FHA, Cash, Coventional and First time loans. The mortgaged team check in on you throughout as well as after the process. I received emails and texts throughout the mortgage experience. That was definitely helpful explaining the process and next steps during and after getting the mortgage to me. I don't normally write a lot of reviews, in this case I felt it would have been a diservices to the great care that my family and I was showed from Eric and his great team.
