Eric Dunlap was recommended by my real estate agent, I had already been speaking to my credit union about mortgage products, but on the phone we really hit it off. I needed not just a loan but some deeper advice about investments in real estate and how those future loan products could shape my families future. Covid had hit us hard and Eric created a plan to get us a better rate. Then the listing party wanted a 90 day escrow, to avoid capital gains on a flip, Eric was there, as counsel and as agent, and my wife and I both felt he had out best interest in mind. Then, I had an opportunity to switch jobs, and Eric adapted, spoke to the underwriter, got me cleared, and put me at ease, because of the length of the escrow we had time to adapt and in the end I was able to pick the product I needed for the short and long term conditions. I will choose Eric again, and recommend his services to anyone I know who is looking for a mortgage. Always quick to return calls, great to document changes and needs, he was there through the entire process, not his assistant, but him as a human ready to pick up the phone and answer the most silly question my wife and I could muster.

He was super nice and clear about what he does, how he does it, what he needs and what should we expect. He was patient with all of our questions, and always available to reach out. It honestly felt like a family friend is helping us out. He never pressured us into anything, he would express his ideas and suggestions and let us choose. He gave us an estimate on how long each process will take and his estimations were correct. Eric was constantly in touch with our agent and some details were just solved. He was meticulous and triple checked every detail. I would highly recommend him and his services.
