Giovanni was the most patient and polite man I have ever spoken to in my life. This man is the most understanding and professional lender to work with. I truly believe our home is ours because of the dedication and hard work he puts into his clients achieve their dreams of owning a home. Giovanni and Lewis both helped in both houses to pursue a home. The other staff were accommodating and helpful with any questions we have being it was our first time trying to purchase a home.

I just finished closing with Alessandro Rivera and all I can say is what an experience. From dealing with me not knowing how to use the internet to showing me how to fill out the paper work and get everything to him on time was such an easy process. He is very helpful since first speaking with him. My English isn’t great and I was so thankful he was able to help me in Spanish and giving me every information that I needed. After wasting about 16 months with three other banks/lenders, trying to refinance my house, I called Luis and explained my situation. He was very professional and polite, explained every detail, and in no time he prepared everything what I needed to sign and submit. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning, because I didn’t know anything about this lender. I had just received a letter in the mail from them, so I thought I’d give it a try. Their google reviews were great though. We did everything electronically, and everything went as smoothly as he promised and within the timeframe he said it would be done, (unlike other lenders that would take a month to get back to me). We did the closing and I am very happy with the rate and with the speed of the process. I would highly recommend Luis to anyone who’s looking to get mortgage or refinance their property. I worked with Leif Jameson to refinance my home from a 30-year fixed @ 4.375% to one @ 2.500%. Leif is extremely professional and one bright kid. I'm forever grateful our paths crossed because he executed every angle and strategy, and was able to refinance my home when other lenders could not. Leif is going places. I performed my due diligence and researched Equity Now after first communicating with them in early December. I found they had their own website, they were rated A+ with the BBB, and were on LinkedIn. I suggest you do the same just to give you peace of mind. My loan could have closed in as early as two weeks but for strategic reasons we held off until the end of December. That way I could avoid paying my next two mortgage payments up front. This is the best refinance company I had work with. I was having a hard time working with chase and they ask for so much information. I waited for about 5 weeks and end up my loan is not approve. It waste so much of my time. When I found Equity Now Inc. It only take about 3 weeks and I'm already for closing. I even got a better rate then chase. I will like to Thanks to Mr. Leif A. Jameson. I had a great experience working with Louis. He was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and easy to work with. It was a great experience from beginning to end. My wife and I worked with Leif Jameson with the refinance of our mortgage. He was very professional and answered all our questions confidently. He didn’t try to sell me anything and didn’t try to force something I didn’t want. I personally love the part where he did calculations first to see if a refinance is worth it for us before we moved forward. Equity now Inc is the best experience I have had. I started my refinance on October 18 and I was able to close on November 30th. That was less than 45 days. I strongly recommend to call equity now. Luis and his team were very professional and thorough. I spent 13 month trying to refinance with another lender and they were giving the run around.
