Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) W Boston Post Rd, Mamaroneck

Always extremely helpful and do everything they can to help the situation. The only problems I've had came from BOA itself, not from this branch, as they have always helped solve these problems. People must not realize when they walk in that to the right is the teller desks and that's where you can go for immediate help. Here's a story where I had to get money that same day and was late to the bank, showed up 2 minutes after closing. With so much courtesy to my situation (and another lady who was there too in a similar predicament) one of the employees had actually opened back up and served us both one at a time. You don't find that customer service just anywhere.. this branch gets 5 stars from me!

If you’ve ever wanted to feel invisible, come sit in the lobby here. This is a terrible branch with extremely slow service and mindless interior design. When you walk in, 80% of the time, the person who is supposed to greet you is not there and you’re instead greeted by the back of a computer screen and a wall. Turn right to stand in line for teller banking services, turn left to become invisible. And the ambience: muffled sounds of employees in the back, behind closed doors, doing everything but helping the customers in the lobby.

Some white gentleman in the line today asked me for a quarter, after I refused, he told me to step back. Security guard did not remove him from the bank to my surprise. Security should not only enforce masks but also protect customers from harassment.

Zero stars - if that were an option - for this branch, hard to fathom how they will stay open with their lack of customer service. We chose to go here since it is a newer branch and closer to home. No one was there at the greeters desk, there were 3 other customers who came in after us and still, the men in their glass offices could see us but didn't come out to help or get the receptionist. We had an appointment with Julani who sat in his office, not with a customer, not on the phone, but made us wait 15 minutes. We walked out when he didn't come get us at the appointed time. His loss - we are taking our money to the Port Chester branch where their customer service is stellar! None of these people seem to realize they are in the business of serving customers - they must be on salary!

Unprofessional, rude and so unwilling to help! Even if someone doesn’t bank with you, a person walking into the Branch is STILL a customer and there should be some attempt to find solutions to problems! The inconsistency from branch to branch is ridiculous! The managers are good for nothing and the leadership skills are trash! I would never bank with BoA!!! Oh yeah, forgot to mention they are all slow as hell and the lines are always long and slow moving. Make sure you give yourself half hour to 45 min if you’re going to BoA!

My Bank of America paycheck cashed without a fee.
