TD Bank Chatsworth Ave, Larchmont

I made a check deposit at their atm machine on Monday April 4, 2022. The check is from an auto insurance company, not a personal check from a friend or family member. It is totally unacceptable that today is Tuesday April 12, 2022…. Eight days later and the check that I have deposited still hasn’t cleared. This check is from a well known insurance company and there is no way that after eight days that have passed that I should still be waiting for this check to clear in my account. I have been a customer with TD bank for over ten years and have never over drafted my account. The most I should wait for a check deposit to clear is one to two days at most. This is completely ridiculous and I will definitely be closing this account and give my business elsewhere.

Went into Larchmont branch on Sunday 12/20/20 after 1PM to change $300 in 20’s for 4 50’s and a $100 Bill as we need to leave Christmas cash for the garbage men and the landscaper. The teller wouldn’t exchange my cash because I didn’t have an account, then proceed to tell me she would only exchange $100 as a one time courtesy but wouldn’t exchange the $50’s. When I told her why I need the cash she stuck to her bad attitude and so did her manager behind her. Happy Holidays as you cleary have no compassion for other people nor holiday spirit. I will continue to use the Chase bank next door. You are everything that is wrong with humanity.

If you are black, be sure to go to a black teller. For the white teller, your I'd is not enough. Not only did I give my drivers license and debit card. She still needed additional verification. After everything went through as it should. She was very condescending. This was the worst banking experience ever. Bank next door with Chase!

I used to love TD Bank , I've been with them for years. This location however is horrible, service is slow and the staff does not care about the customers.

I had some problems with my account Anna went above and beyond the call to help me resolve my problem. She is a real sweetheart.

The worse service I have ever experienced. No one is friendly. I avoid going here because everyone at the bank has a sour face and is rude

Total b.s with the whole verification thing. Asking questions that no other t.d bank ask when I come to withdraw money. The Lady at the front desk was very snotty and unwelcoming so I had another woman assist me and she was a delight. Although this bank is in a nice neighborhood, I wouldn’t recommend going there unless you’re using the atm.

Been banking here for years and never have had a problem. Great customer service. Take advantage of all the services they provide.

Worst staff ever. Go to Mamaroneck!
