Wow! Very thoughtful to decorate and have Santa, Mrs Claus, and friends in your branch. My daughters absolutely loved visiting with Santa! The hot chocolate, cookies, and all of the arts and crafts were so much fun! We appreciate you so much. Thank you!

When it comes to equity bank in downtown lees summit there’s a lot I can say but nothing would be negative, all positives! Brents attitude on life and towards the customers is amazing, would highly recommend a conversation. Karen is wonderful and nothing but helpful, she’s helped me notarize forms on many of occasions and many of laughs. The main tellers are amazing! Lexie, Kenzie & Chris are all so polite and helpful, and will listen when you have a issue which is the most important thing of it all!

This bank and this location is the best bank anywhere. After 35 years I've dealt with alot of Banks. This bank is by far and away the best I've ever dealt with. Karen is a fantastic banker and the manager Brent is great too. This bank is like no other

This is the best bank in Lee's Summit. Ever since I have been introduced to Equity Bank, they have taken care of me. Karen and Brent are extremely helpful. Karen Bosarge is a fantastic personal banker. She took the time to sit down with me to get my social security switched over and made sure all of my banking needs were met. They know me by name and I am always treated great whenever I walk into their lobby.
