Steve was very responsive initially, which was helpful when you're shopping options. The terms he provided were the best I could find in the marketplace. The online portal was easy to use for uploading all of our documents and provided a feature that updated us as to where we were in the loan approval process. Finally, we were able to close the loan within 2.5 weeks of when we first submitted all paperwork. I found Steve and his team from a family referral and I've since referred other family and friends.

Andrew is one of the best people to work with in the mortgage business. Besides having the best rates around, he is extremely quick to respond to any questions, was professional, and gets your mortgage done quickly without issues. If you’re like me – your first instinct might be to find a popular and trendy online service that pumps out fast quotes, rates, etc. with no human interaction. (I do this all the time for car insurance, etc.) DON’T DO THAT. This is one of those few times where you absolutely need a person who cares about your journey, guiding you each step of the process, and understands the Ohio area in depth. Stone got me the great rates – and that matters! But his readiness to answer questions, discuss things over the phone, proactively reach out, and so on was incredibly important for the home buying process! My family is very happy with the services from Equitable Mortgage and personally grateful for the above and beyond service Stone provided!
