We recently refinanced our home mortgage with Equilane. The whole process from start to finish was easy, painless, and hassle free. Documents were supplied easily using an electronic system, the staff and owner checked in with us regularly with updates. Our closing was expedited because we were leaving town on a trip and we were able to do the closing in our own home with a notary. Amazing experience. We worked with Bob and simply could not be more pleased. We spent 4 months working with American Financing(AF)... and still had no closing date, nor had our agent responded to us in over three weeks! They were horrible! We contacted Bob after being recommended by friends. Bob educated us and helped us the whole way! Yes, we lost a little in the interest rates because they’d gone up, but we still saved in fees! I left several very poor reviews of AF, and they’ve called trying to keep our business! We will never use anyone but Bob from now on! Such a pleasurable experience with him and his excellent staff! What great and knowledgeable people! Highly recommend them! They are the best!

We talked to other lenders who said we probably couldn’t get a better interest rate. I guess we weren’t worth their time. Equilane worked with us to find a great deal which will save us many thousands of dollars in interest over the life of our mortgage. So glad they were willing to work with us!
