Refinancing my home mortgage could not have been any easier! If anyone owns a home, they know the process for a home loan or refi can be quite tedious and sometimes grueling. With rates being historically low, I worked with our Loan Officer, Chalk Dawson, and discussed with him our needs (e.g., low interest rates, lower monthly payments). Chalk provided me a loan break out, with all the costs within their "Mortgage Coach" online worksheet. That made it very easy for us to read and understand, showing what the estimated interest rate and monthly loan payment could be. Chalk was always available to answer all our questions. He kept in contact with us regularly throughout the entire process and letting us know where we were in the loan process. Everything was done online via their portal and it was very easy. I was also surprised on how fast we were able to complete the process and go to settlement! I would highly recommend Chalk Dawson and the team at Envoy Mortgage!
