My wife and I had been shopping lenders for over a year. I had met Jenny randomly, independent from my search. She took over an hour educating me on rates, the process, the variables, all angles filled with such enthusiasm not knowing I had been looking for a lender and we were ready to buy. I knew she was a professional based on her calculations, setting realistic expectations not sugarcoating anything or being like many lenders claiming to be able to do this and that when in fact it's all based on your personal variables she thoroughly explains.. So when we finally found the home we were looking for, I had zero hesitation going to her.. Jenny was absolutely incredible! Patient, compassionate, understanding, super helpful, savvy, honest, transparent, professional, and friendly all in one! She did everything she said she was going to do and went above and beyond for us! Made the overall process seamless.. Overcame so many obstacles by being prepared with all necessary docs & when we hit bumps in the road, she had solutions for everything. She was so comforting, I thought she was being unrealistic only to discover, she's amazing at her job! Aside from her impeccable customer service, the rate she got us was below average market and was incredible, the overall cost for the loan was reasonable and from opening escrow to loan finalizing was at record speed! We ended up having to put less down and paid less in closing than we anticipated! Friends I shared my timeline with couldn't believe how fast we closed. She also doesn't work alone. Her assistant Jessica, was fantastic and makes sure all docs are in order and will literally take the time to walk you through anything you need or don't understand. (Jessica thanks for your patience as I know I'm not the easiest guy to deal with.) I will be referring all my family and friends to Jenny for she's simply the best and honestly, with everything going on with sellers and how quickly they needed to close, if it wasn't for Jenny we wouldn't have closed on our home so my wife and I THANK YOU! We not only found our forever Lender but we found a forever friend! Thank you! 🤗

Jenny and her team went above and beyond to make a challenging process much easier.
