Massive location, with almost ZERO staff. Lines are consistently out-the-door. Both times I’ve visited, I have waited more than 45-minutes. Out of the 10 available windows, there are never more than 3 tellers working. Opening a business account? Not here. The banking desks are nearly empty. All of them. Out of 20, yes Twenty banker desks, only one had a human at it. The vast majority do not even have a computer, or evidence of anybody using them now or in the future. I have tried to open a business bank account at this location twice, and both times I was told I needed to make an appointment online. Except, no appointments show as available. Offices are nearly all dark, with doors closed. Mind you, this is on a Friday; the busiest banking day. There is zero excuse for this. For the amount of financial fraud committed by this banking institution, as recently as this month, you’d think they would do a little more to pretend to care about their remaining customers on the front line.

For a well known bank operating from a main and busy street, it is astonishing how they consistently have maximum 2 bank tellers working around the clock. This location is by far the worst and poorly managed. This is my 3rd time coming into this Wells Fargo, each during different times of the day and the circumstance is the same. This time, the lack of management and productivity from the very bank managing my own money and finances has provoked me into reporting the issue. Unbelievable.

Tellers and the store Manager need training how to do their job in customer service and not make everything complicated for customers, they need to provide valid information. Went to this branch earlier today to withdraw money from checking account for I had emergency, I got denied on the bases of not having activity for a period of time, the manager even suggested that my account should have been closed automatically for not using it for a while, not true. I was able to get to my account true a different source. Very disappointed as well as frustrated with this bank. Never going back and I am thinking to take my business to a different bank where I don't get grief when I need my own money.

Everyone is nice here, but there are no tellers. This is probably the biggest branch in the immediate area with usually 1-2 tellers helping massive line. Pretty annoying. Currently it’s 10:26am, 10/30/2021, there are 11 people in line and 1.5 tellers. 1 active and other going back and forth. But plenty of people running around and talking.

Does this branch have a supervisor or manager? Takes me 40 minutes to see the teller … Worst customer experience ever , take care of this endless lanes issue and hire more employees. Or permanently close this branch! My personal time is not worth to waste in this type of *costumer service * Thanks.

It is not about any branch. It is about the bank. Not sure why they cancel Message. Customers can only receive messages from the bank but can't message the bank. You are forced to call. Each call will take about at least half hour. The number they offer not connect to the right department. Representative ask SSN and bunch of other personal information to identify yourself or with attitude. In one word. So inconvenience. I don't know they step backwards. I miss the time l spent two min to text them and got detailed reply from a very pleasant banker. So disappointed with their service now.

There are never enough people at this branch. Always delays every time I come here. Possibly the worst branch I have ever gone to. It is local and just a walk away from me, so I have put up with it, but I would rather drive to Pasadena or Los Feliz and get better service. Avoid this branch like the plague.

Horrible lines nearly all the time. Horrible service, when all it would take is adequate staff to service the number of customers they have. Two tellers is not sufficient if your line is 20 people long.

Coolest and biggest wells fargo bank nearby. Always short staff and not friendly. Always long line and customers are mad. They should move to smaller place if they are always going to have 1 or 2 teller. I feel bad for the tellers who work there.
