Envision Credit Union Appleyard Dr, Tallahassee

My husband and I visited this branch today to simply deposit my paycheck and pay off a loan. The teller treated us suspiciously as if we were trying to scam our own account. It was the worse treatment and customer service we’ve ever received from ant financial institution. We were very disappointed.

I have banked with Envision (NFCU when I joined) for over 25 years, they were great, but the last five years they have really gone down hill! It started when they "out sourced" their credit cards, my account has was compromised 3 times, the first time I lost $3900, I never was contacted by them! Then it was over two weeks before the account was reimbursed, the worst part was they told me they called my cell phone and home phone several times, funny nothing ever came up either phones caller ID! As they have grown they have lost "personal touch" they now act more like a big chain bank they have offices, new people, new technology, but when my old car was totaled my insurance company could not make a direct deposit to my account, they tried twice, no problem with my wife's Bank of America. They not what they used be!

I came in to be added to an account. So far I've been here for a full hour and still waiting. You have to sign in with one of the tellers and not the lady that sits at the front and answers the phone. I'm not sure how that's efficient because now you have a long line for the tellers and people walking out because they don't want to wait. The guy sitting next to me that was planning to open an account left and said he was taking his business somewhere else. I applaude you for losing business. The branch manager needs to do a better job running his branch. I understand there were issues with the new online system that was rolled out but that's a problem for Envision. If you roll out a new system, you better be prepared to handle issues and clearly your office was not ready. The first part of the service promise is to exceed your service expectations. After over an hour waiting, you weren't even able to help us. Well Envision Ctedit Union, you failed your first service promise. If you have to use Envision, use the main branch on Monroe.

We reported a debit card stolen and reported it to the Appleyard Branch to Ms. Vickers who explained to us that there was new system and we couldn't get a replacement card. It is now day two and we have no calls, emails or any other contact from the CU despite repeated attempts to reach them by phone or in person. The customer service reps appear to have received training from Comcast and overall my impression of their service has reached bottom. Tried reaching the Regional Manager, Mr. Herschel but like everyone else he appears to allow his voice mail to answer all incoming calls.

They are very unprofessional i went in there with my card to remove money and they basically lied and said my card declined i guess cause my name wasn't on my card but all they had to do was tell me instead of wasting my time having me think there was something wrong with my card but in reality they didnt want to because my name wasn't on it and they kept going to the back and laughing with each other about the situation it was the worst experience ever and i will never go back or even start an account with them they tried to makenit seem like i was trying to commit fraud i can't help it that h r block gave me a card without my name on it not every black person is trying to commit fraud i know this because usually when you swipe or any transaction with your card it charges you and he said he tried it twice but there was no charge to my account

Since April 4,2021 Every week someone stealing My hard earned money. I’m not on section 8! I work Hard for my family. I dispute Every Week and yet Still have any of my Money Back. I Would not recommend this Bank to Nobody! I’ve been Banking with them Two years!

I understand some people's frustrations, but I have nothing but good to say about Envision Credit Union. I have been with them over four years. They have helped me finance two vehicles so far. They have also served as a big help to help me receive a small loan in times of financial issues. And who doesn't love Skip-A-Pay? Customer service have always been kind and attentive at this location.

Nice people but service can be slow and employees seem challenged with software at times. Last visit no one asked for any identification. Maybe they remember me, but asking for ID for certain transactions should be standard.

Nice staff, always treated me good. I got a good deal refinancing my vehicle.

I have been a member for many years. Great customer service. Very few challenges. Looking forward to another great year.
