I have banked with ECU for both Business & Personal for over 30 years. They are the most personable credit unions in Milwaukee WI. and one of the oldest. They are in the process of upgrading their systems, but will never wavier from that personal touch. I truly trust & depend on ECU.

It is refreshing walking into a atmosphere where you are acknowledged with kindness and excellent customer service. Sheri has been very helpful with her knowledge as well as displaying excellent customer service and I have never left feeling unwelcome or that my time has been wasted.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They've been banking for my family for years. Rates are competitive and the service has been great.

I recently obtained a auto loan with Ed Miller. He made a mistake processing my loan. The payment was supposed to be withdrawn from my account every month. I received a letter stating my payment wasn't made! So now I have to make two payments in three days because of his mistakes! My credit standing could have been affected because of him. To be treated like there's nothing they can do is disappointing

The ATM has been closed since January. They told me they aren't re-opening it due to fraud. I found another ATM through the network recommended by Enterprise, but I was still charged a convenience fee. No ATM is a deal breaker for me. I will be moving my accounts.

The worst customer service through the drive through I have ever experienced!! They just shut off their cameras and send you on your way - Drive through Teller and Bank Manager, they obviously think that is acceptable
