He was great through the entire process, he walked me through each step and explained everything as he went, it was a really transparent process. He was really helpful and happy to answer any and every question I had, and I had a lot of them. He was really personable, I don't think it's possible to not enjoy working with Dane. Even after buying the car, I had some questions and texted him about them and he responded very quickly and was always happy to help. I unexpectedly totaled my car in a bad car accident. I was dreading the stressful car buying process when my rental representative suggested I try this sales office. To my surprise, Nicola and Dane made the car buying process easy! Dane was very professional to work with. He took my needs, wants, and price range to find the perfect vehicle for me and my family. While test driving vehicles I had my 8 year old daughter with me. Nicola was extremely personable and even kept her entertained while we were there. The entire staff was friendly and ready to help. The team worked great together and didn’t make me feel like “just another customer”. They were eager to work with each other instead of the competition for my business that you usually see at car lots.
